Co-founders Helen Russell and Brooke McDonnell have dedicated their lives to applying this philosophy to coffee, striving for greater transparency in the production process and establishing equitable and sustainable practices that support a better international coffee economy.

We offer three distinct blends, each crafted with exceptional care and reflecting our commitment to quality and flavor:

• Equator Blend: Our namesake blend features coffees from some of the world’s best-known growing regions. This carefully curated combination creates a smooth and complex cup. Roasted to be versatile, it's robust enough to stand up to milk yet sweet enough to enjoy black. It's so beloved that we proudly feature it as our batch brew in all our cafes.  

• French Roast Blend: For those who prefer a deeper, darker experience, our French Roast Blend delivers. We aim to develop delicate smoky nuances while preserving the inherent sweetness and fruit-toned chocolate flavors of the beans.  

• Mocha Java Blend: A classic blend name synonymous with fruit-forward flavors. We combine natural processed coffee from Yemen or Ethiopia with coffee from Indonesia, typically Java or other islands like Sumatra, to create a truly unique and vibrant taste.
