Black oceans, bright borders, early Space Age attitude.

A Replogle globe with the Starlight treatment, dramatic black oceans against brightly colored political boundaries. It sits in a chrome-plated semi-meridian on a sculptural black enamel cantilever arm ending in a chrome ring base. References to Tanganyika and the Republic of the Congo date it to the early 1960s, and the original manufacturer's cartouche is intact.
